Hi, I’m Jaimee! 

I’m a pastry chef with over nine years experience in the industry and a ridiculous love for sugar. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2010, and have worked in notable kitchens such as Marlow & Sons, Sweet Chick, and most recently Bakeri. I even once found myself on season 5 of MasterChef!! In my kitchen space, my true love and passion is for cakes and I’d love to make your event memorable with a gorgeous (and tasty!) birthday cake, wedding cake, or just-because cake. I like to bend over backwards and make everything from scratch, including jams, caramels, and frostings. No matter how creative and crazy the cakes can get, I can ensure you that I will make each ingredient shine. 

Instead of a traditional menu, I will work with you to make the cake of your dreams a reality. During our consultation, I will help you find the perfect creative flavor that’ll satisfy your sweet tooth. Just a few favorites that I’ve made: pb&j, lemon pistachio, chocolate beet, rum caramel, pineapple clementine, and raspberry peach (made after a bride’s favorite Snapple flavor, seriously!) After our first meet-up, I am happy to follow up with you for a cake tasting. 

When I’m not covered in flour and frosting, I’m hanging out with my two cats, Artichoke and Ladybird, and *probably* watching Law & Order: SVU. I’ll gladly talk to you about cats, comic books, and cakes anytime — just get in touch!
